Optometry is constantly changing, so continuing education is essential. KOA runs conferences, CMEs, seminars and workshops through the year, alongside public-awareness campaigns and community gatherings for members.

State-level conferences and continuing medical education sessions keep members current on contact lenses, vision care and clinical practice.

Seminars & workshops

Hands-on workshops and seminars give optometrists and students practical skills and exposure to new techniques and equipment.

Awareness campaigns

Annual campaigns, including UV Protection, Children's Vision, Good Vision for Life and World Optometry Day, take eye health to the public.

We never forget the support members have shown at every past KOA event, and we ask you to extend the same by taking part in our continuing education.
